1. Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?

     MinMait has been doing both manufacturing and trading, specializing in bathroom and kitchen products since 1998.

     We have manufacturing plants specialized in the production of faucets, showers, and bathroom accessories, also with strong ability to provide one-stop bathroom and kitchen products solutions to our customers.

2. How many employees of your company? What about the technicians?

     There are around 210 employees in our Taizhou plant, and 20 technicians included;

     There are around 60 employees in our Ningbo plant, and 5 technicians included;

     There are around 30 employees in our Wenzhou plant, and 3 technicians included.

3. Where are your main markets?

     Our products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Middle East, and Africa countries. Such as Germany, France, Italy, Poland, and Spain from Europe, 

      and the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Columbia from America, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Palestine and also South Africa, Algeria, Kenya, Thailand, Philippines, etc.
      For different markets, we have related certifications, such as KTW, DVGW, ACS, WRAS, CE, WATERMARK, UPC, CUPC, etc. For more details, please check it with our sales team.

4. How to guarantee the quality of your goods?

     WARRANTY
         MinMait’s products carry a full warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship.

         MinMait’s products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defects or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper 

         installation/care/maintenance (whether  performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person) or alteration. 

         This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, limescale, aggressive air and water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleansers or materials. 

         If a product is found to be defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. 

         MinMait reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product or product warranty. This warranty is non-transferable. MinMait is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature whatsoever.

    FAUCETS AND ACCESSORIES
         MinMait’s faucets and accessories carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. 

         Mechanical components are warranted against defects for 1 to 5 years from the original faucet purchase. MinMait’s faucets and accessories' Chrome and Brushed Nickel finishes are warranted for 1 year. 

         All other special finishes* carry a 90-day warranty.

    SPECIAL FINISHES
        Antique Brass, Antique Bronze, Antique Copper, Biscuit, Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Pewter, Polished Brass, Polished Copper, Polished Nickel, Polished Silver, Satin Chrome, Speckled Brass, Silver Pearl, Titanium, 

        Weathered Brass (Living Finish), Weathered Copper (Living Finish), and White are warranted for 90 days. Special Finishes are FINAL SALE.

        Please be advised that all special finishes within MinMait’s product offering may vary due to the nature of raw materials during the finishing process. All special finishes will blend but may not be exact.

5. Do you offer customization options for bathroom fixtures?

     Yes, we professional in the business of OEM and ODM production that provides customization services for finishes, colors, and dimensions. 
    We can arrange customized production according to your requirements from the tooling process, raw materials, components, and finishing, to packing, logistics, and more.
    If you need such services, please let me know the specific customization requirements, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
    We can always support you with packing and graphic design, you can send us your layouts, or just your idea if you don't have layouts, we will do the rest.

6. What’s the payment term?

    T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before sending the goods. L/C, D/P are also acceptable. Other payment terms are to be negotiated.

7. What materials are your bathroom products?

    Our products are crafted from high-quality materials such as brass, zinc, stainless steel 304 and 316, and also aluminum, ABS, PP, and all kinds of new materials that could be applied to bathroom products.

8. What is the lead time for product delivery?

    Usually, our lead time is 30 days, however, the lead time varies based on the product type and quantity. Our team will provide specific details upon order confirmation.

9. Can I request product samples?

    Yes, we offer samples for evaluation. Please reach out to our customer service team to request samples.
